Smoked Italian Meatballs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl

  2. Using a cookie scoop (or your hands) ball the meatballs

  3. Smoke meatballs until 160 internal or preferred temp

  4. Use as you please! We used these to make some killer meatball subs.
