INGREDIENTS
2 lbs of beef
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Using a cookie scoop (or your hands) ball the meatballs
Smoke meatballs until 160 internal or preferred temp
Use as you please! We used these to make some killer meatball subs.
