We have two modes of shipping -- the Shop and the Backyard BBQ Box:
The Shop: we ship in 1-2 days of the order being placed and use standard 3-5 day shipping. Costs are variable based on weight
Backyard BBQ Box: order ship first week of every month and we use standard 3-5 days shipping. Shipping is included in your membership.
As BBQ Distro grows, we may add in additional shipping capabilities and will let you know!
No. All items available in the site flow from the Speakeasy inventory.
Please request through our contact form (select "Cancellation or Return Request" from drop-down menu in the form) and we will reply within 1-2 business days with a reply and refund processed. We cannot refund products that have been opened.
For the Backyard BBQ Box, you will have an opportunity to cancel your membership at anytime to stop payments. For the 3-month or Annual memberships, we will give you a 3-day notification that your plan is about to auto-renew.
