RECIPES
Pork Belly Burnt End Poppers
INGREDIENTS
-
Skinless Pork Belly Ends
-
Jalapeños
-
Cream Cheese
-
Bacon
-
Panther City All Purpose Beef RuB
-
Panther City BBQ Sauce
Instructions
-
Make sure skin is removed!
-
Cut up pork belly ends into 1 inch X 1.5 inch cubes
-
Season with Panther City AP Beef Rub. apply liberally!
-
Fire up grill to 250-275 degrees
-
Smoke 2.5-3 hours offset until Ends are 185-190 degrees
-
Pull off the ends and place into a bowl. apply Panther City BBQ Sauce liberally!
-
Drop the ends back onto the grill and cook for 15-30 mins, or until ends are at 200 degrees.

Cut up jalapeños in halves. remove seeds if you want!

Shove in cream cheese! optional: put rub on the cream cheese
-
Apply burnt end onto cream cheese jalapeño
-
Wrap full strip of bacon per cream cheese jalapeño
-
Hold by pushing toothpick through each popper
-
Cook on grill until bacon is crisp
-
Enjoy!

Instructions

Season with Panther City aP Beef Rub. Apply Liberally!

Get your grill ripping hot!
-
Steak on the grill and cook it to 125 (medium rare); your option to flip!
-
Let rest for 10 minutes
-
Slice the steak. always against the grain!
-
Great on tortilla, With chimichurri, on a salad, on some couscous… whatever you want!
