For years, we have had customers tell us that they would enjoy a hotter version of our mesquite smoked jalapeño glaze.  We are bringing the heat by adding serranos and habanero peppers, and calling it “Fuego,” Spanish for fire.  We would describe it as having a tingling, subtle burn, packed with great flavor but not hot enough to make you want to run to find something to drink.
