Arnie's Asada by Arnie Tex: Mexican Rice Seasoning

"THE PERFECT MEXICAN RICE
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and brown 1 cup of white rice. Add 2 cups of water or unsalted chicken broth along with 1/3 c tomato sauce. Then add 2 tbsp of Arnie’s Mexican Rice seasoning and stir. Cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes. The rest is up to you!
 
MAKE THIS RECIPE YOUR OWN
Sauté onions, jalapeños or bell peppers (or all three!) while browning the rice. Add pepper or chicken consumé at the same time as Arnie’s Mexican Rice Seasoning and finish with aromatics like Mexican oregano and cilantro.
