INGREDIENTS
1 45 Oz jar of white northern beansÂ
1/2 c of finely diced red onionÂ
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 c olive oilÂ
1 tsp of Goldees Brisket RubÂ
1.5 tbsps fresh thyme leavesÂ
1 tsp minced garlic *optional chopped fresh jalapeño
Instructions
Mostly drain the beans and pour into pan
Put beans in smoker at 225 for 3 hrs stirring every 30-45 minutes.Â
Put all ingredients in a food processor and turn on high. Blend until smooth. You may need to add more olive oil to thin it out.Â
We fold in diced fresh jalapeño at this pointÂ
Refrigerate and enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips!
