We'll meet at 7:30am at Mas Coffee and BBQ Distro (105 W Main Street). We'll then head down memory lane (Main Street!) on the way to Firehouse Gastro Park where we'll dive into the brisket class. Finally, we'll finish class at Zavala's Barbecue! Let's Go!
